TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Customer," "Passenger," or "User") and Ridewing, a trading division of Kingdom Holidays Group Ltd.

2. SCOPE OF AGENCY & CONTRACT
2.1. Agency Disclosure: Ridewing acts as an Agent for travelers. We facilitate bookings with local transportation affiliates who are fully licensed and insured according to the laws of their respective countries.
2.2. The Contract: When you book through www.ridewing.co.uk, your contract for the provision of the transport service is directly with the local affiliate provider. Ridewing manages the booking platform, customer support, and payment processing.
3. SERVICE CATEGORIES
- • 3.1. Airport & Station Transfers: Fixed-price transfers from a terminal to a specific destination.
- • 3.2. Point-to-Point Transfers: Direct private hire between two specific addresses.
- • 3.3. Hourly / Chauffeur Booking: Service provided for a fixed duration. Includes a mileage limit specified during the booking process. Any mileage exceeding the limit will be charged locally.
- • 3.4. Coach & Minibus Hire: Group transport (16+ seats). Customers must ensure the pickup/drop-off points are legally accessible by heavy vehicles.
4. PICKUP PROTOCOLS & WAITING TIMES
4.1. Meet & Greet: For all Airport and Station transfers, the driver will wait at the designated meeting point (typically the Arrivals Hall) with a sign displaying the passenger's name.
- Airport Arrivals: 45 minutes from the actual flight landing time.
- Train Stations: 20 minutes from the scheduled arrival time.
- Standard Addresses/Hotels: 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.
4.3. Extended Waiting: If a passenger requires more time, an additional fee (calculated in 15-minute increments) will apply. This fee is based on local rates and must be paid directly to the driver.
4.4. No-Show Policy: If the passenger does not appear and cannot be reached via the provided phone number within the waiting window, the booking is marked as a "No-Show," and no refund will be issued.
5. PASSENGER RESPONSIBILITIES
5.1. Contactability: You must provide a valid mobile number including the international country code. You must ensure your phone is switched on and has a signal/data connection upon arrival.
5.2. Locating the Driver: If you cannot find the driver, you must call the driver's number provided in the confirmation or contact Ridewing Customer Care immediately. Leaving the pickup location without notification will be treated as a No-Show.
5.3. Baggage Allowance: Each passenger is permitted one (1) check-in suitcase (max 23kg) and one (1) hand luggage. If you have excess or oversized luggage (golf clubs, skis, etc.), you must declare this during booking to ensure a suitable vehicle is assigned.
6. CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS
All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to support@ridewing.co.uk or through the website portal.

7. CONDUCT & VEHICLE CARE
7.1. Cleanliness: To ensure the comfort of all passengers, food and drink (except water) are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
7.2. Soiling/Damage: A minimum cleaning fee of £150.00/$200 (or local equivalent) will be charged for any interior soiling. The customer is liable for the full cost of repairs for any physical damage to the vehicle.
7.3. Safety: Seatbelts must be worn at all times. Drivers reserve the right to refuse carriage to any person who is abusive, intoxicated, or poses a safety risk.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1. Third-Party Delays: Neither Ridewing nor its affiliates shall be liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, mechanical breakdown, or Force Majeure.
8.2. Missed Connections: Ridewing is not responsible for any costs incurred due to missed flights or trains. We recommend passengers schedule pickups to arrive at airports at least 3 hours prior to departure.
8.3. Personal Items: Passengers are responsible for their luggage and belongings. Ridewing accepts no liability for items left in vehicles.
9. PRICING & PAYMENTS
9.1. Inclusive Fees: Prices quoted generally include tolls and taxes unless specified otherwise.
9.2. Extra Charges: Any deviations from the original route, extra stops, or excess waiting time must be paid directly to the driver in cash or by card where available.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
