Affiliate Driver Service Level Agreement (SLA)
TO: ALL SERVICE AFFILIATES
To maintain the Ridewing brand standard, all drivers must adhere to the following guidelines.

Punctuality
Drivers must be at the meeting point 5 minutes before the scheduled time.

Signage
A professional, legible sign with the passenger's name or "Ridewing" must be displayed.

Vehicle Condition
Vehicles must be clean (interior/exterior) and free of odors. No food or drinks (except water) are to be offered or consumed in the vehicle.

Wait Times
Drivers must wait the full 45 minutes (Airports) or 15 minutes (Standard) before requesting a No-Show authorization from Ridewing dispatch.
5
Conduct
Drivers must be polite, assist with luggage, and refrain from discussing pricing or private bookings with the client.
