TRAVEL AGENT TERMS OF SERVICE
Version 1.0 – Ridewing B2B Program
This agreement is made between Ridewing (a trading division of Kingdom Holidays Group Ltd) and the Registered Travel Agent (the "Agent") who utilizes the Ridewing platform to book transportation services for their end clients.
1. APPOINTMENT AS B2B PARTNER
1.1. Registration: Access to the Ridewing Agent Portal is granted only to licensed travel agencies and registered independent consultants.
1.2. Authorized Use: The Agent is authorized to book Ridewing services (Airport Transfers, Hourly Chauffeurs, Point-to-Point, and Coach Hire) for resale to their clients.
2. BOOKING AND PRICING
2.1. Net Rates vs. Commission: Ridewing provides either "Net Rates" (Agent adds their own markup) or "Commissionable Rates" (Ridewing pays a set percentage back to the Agent). This will be specified in the Agent's dashboard.
2.2. Dynamic Pricing: Prices are subject to real-time availability. Quotes are only guaranteed once a booking reference number is issued.
2.3. Payment: Unless a credit facility has been pre-approved, all Agent bookings must be paid at the time of reservation via the secure B2B gateway.
3. AGENT RESPONSIBILITIES
3.1. Client Communication: The Agent is responsible for providing the end client with their Ridewing Voucher and ensuring the client understands the pickup protocols (e.g., the 45-minute airport wait time).
3.2. Accuracy of Data: The Agent must provide accurate flight numbers and passenger contact details. Ridewing is not liable for service failures caused by incorrect data entry by the Agent.
3.3. Lead Contact: Ridewing will primarily communicate with the Agent regarding booking changes. The Agent must then relay these updates to the end client.
4. AMENDMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
4.1. B2B Cancellation Policy: Standard cancellation rules apply (see below). The Agent is responsible for any "late cancellation" fees incurred.
- Standard Cars: Free cancellation up to 24 hours.
- Hourly/Coach: Specific windows apply (typically 48h to 7 days).
4.2. Refunds: All refunds for Agent bookings will be issued back to the Agent's original payment method or credited to their B2B wallet. The Agent is responsible for refunding their own client.
5. SERVICE STANDARDS & WHITE-LABELING
5.1. White-Label Vouchers: Ridewing provides unbranded or "White-Label" vouchers for Agents to send to their clients, maintaining the Agent's brand identity.
5.2. Safety Standards: Ridewing guarantees that all drivers provided to Agent clients are fully licensed and insured according to local laws (Kingdom Holidays Group standards).
6. LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY
6.1. Intermediary Role: Ridewing acts as a wholesale booking agent. The Agent agrees that Ridewing's liability is limited to the cost of the transportation service booked.
6.2. Indemnity: The Agent shall indemnify Kingdom Holidays Group Ltd against any claims arising from the Agent's own misrepresentation of services to the end client.
7. TERMINATION
7.1. Account Suspension: Ridewing reserves the right to suspend Agent accounts for non-payment, high rates of fraudulent bookings, or unprofessional conduct.
